Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals and your strengths and use them to help you create the life you want. We will meet for 1 hour each session, zoom preferred, but phone calls can be accomdated. 

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, you are the boss, and I report only to you. 

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Much of the work or transformation will occur in between sessions. Your dedication to the process will keep you moving and growing towards the place you want to be.

I will send you a zoom link the night before our appointment. Zoom is preferred, but phone calls can be accomodated if necessary.

Prices range from $300 per hour. Corporate and personal rates apply. Monthly, semi-annual, and annual discounts apply. Custom packages and prices are available on an individual basis. 

Our coaching relationship will last as long as you are growing and benefitting from it. I will refer you to another coach if I feel we are not moving in a positive direction. I may refer you to a therapist if I feel you need services not in the scope of a coaching relationship. 

While coaching can be therapeutic, it differs from therapy in that coaching focuses on where you are now and where you want to be in the future. It does not focus on your past or how you got to this point. It's not about the story you tell, just who you are and where you want to be. 

In coaching, you decide the agenda, and you are the hero in the relationship. Unlike a mentor, it is not about the coach, or what they have done, or their opinion. The coach's role is to focus on you and what you are saying, both in your words and your actions.
